The beautiful details inside the soul nebula – IC1871 (HST)

The Soul Nebula is an emission nebula located east of the neighboring IC 1805 Nebula (Heart Nebula).
Together they form a complex of heart and soul.
IC 1871 is part of the Seoul Nebula, also known as Sh2-199 and LBN667. The object is about 7,500 light-years away in the constellation Cassiopeia. This is the crop of the central area for the soul nebula.
These emission nebulae are the favorite objects of many astrophotographers.
